Practice Management and 'Keyboard Hook'

Mail-safe's Connector Framework enables email searching to be integrated with existing applications e.g. Practice Management software such as IRIS, RAPPORT, CCH/Viztopia, SAGE etc.

A user can view all indexed emails for a particular Client from within another application with a simple keyboard action.

A Client’s details can be in view from any application and by using the simple keyboard action Mailsafe will ‘know’ the Client Id or Client Name.  A search and display of emails relating to the ‘known’ Client will be immediately displayed without the need for any other action.
