Mailsafe Pricing

Mailsafe for Accountants is priced as a straightforward annual license that includes all software, support, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades.  (All prices exclude VAT)

A full 30-day money back guarantee is offered if you are not fully satisfied for whatever reason.

For small sites of 1-15 users the annual license is £100 per user per annum and is discounted thereafter for increasing numbers of users.  This includes one web training session for your users.

The annual fee includes all modules i.e. Compliance, Auto Indexing, Search Hook into Practice Management and Manual Indexing.

Installation is a one off charge of £200 from our engineers via remote access.

Optional help is available in getting set up e.g. importing lists of Client ID's and Client Names and setting up of Auto Indexing rules. A small fee is charged for this and ensures that you are 'ready to go' from the point of installation.
